The use of WE, US, OUR and AMAX DESIGNS are intended to mean the body of AmaxDesigns.com and are referring to our website.
AmaxDesigns.com will NEVER sell or use your personal information given through the website for uses other than you specify. We will take the best possible care we can to protect your information. We do not guarantee that the information will be one hundred percent secure and it is up to the individual or business submitting the information to do so with the understanding of risk and that we will not be held accountable for any loss and/or breech of data.
When entering competitions we expect you know that:
1. If you send us an item to do with entering a competition i.e. a model or letter, we cannot send it back;
2. We assume you understand about our privacy policy on personal information;
3. All competitions are drawn using either a draw from hat, random shuffling of names program on the computer or a random point at name idea;
4. You will be notified by phone (call or text), postal mail or email if you win any form of prize;
5. To claim your prize you must provide your full name, address and other details;
6. You must pay for the shipping of your prize if your residence is international from where prize is drawn;
7. Prize drawing details are available for all competitions under the competition details page (fine print at bottom of page as well as here);
8. To enter competitions the minimum age is 13, and those under 18 years of age also require parental permission.

Product warranty is provided with the product themselves and all iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac application purchases must be dealt with through Apple for a full refund. Our company, AmaxDesigns.com, itself can not perform these operations.
You may never use this site in any manner that causes illegal doing. You may never cause harm to this website by causing the breech of any confidential information, the crashing of the website or updating of information onto our servers not intended or uploaded by one of the AmaxDesigns.com people/staff.
We will not be held liable for any fraudulent job postings about our company and reserve the right to change these TERMS & CONDITIONS at anytime without warning and it is your responsibility to view them regularly to ensure you stay up to date.
Developers
As a Developer you agree that the use of our programs, services and products is for private use only unless you pay for a commercial product license. Any information provided to you about our company in relation to our products, as a developer, is strictly confidential and you agree to comply with these regulations. Beta Testing: If you are trialing a beta service (pre-release), you understand you are not allowed to upload screenshots, publish text from the service/product or distribute the beta product on any terms. Failure to complete any of the steps outlined by us in relation to testing an app or not completing the beta tester report and sending it to us before the given date, reserves us the right to not entitle you to a FREE copy of the full release version application, nor will you ever be able to test another app or any form of product from Amax Designs again. You will also be required to pay the company AU$25.00 for the loss of profit and time wasted resulting from your misleading and ignorant actions if we see this action fit. (i.e. If you fail to return the finished report or do not meet our standards, you may be charged financially the above price).
