All additional hours that you exceed your pre-subscribed package will be billed at the hourly rate subject to the time in which the work is completed and is open to change without prior notice. Anyone who is being charged for additional hours whilst the prices are being changed will be charged the lower hourly rate.

Whereas FREE telephone support is that amount of included hours of telephone support where you call us for support and you will incur the telephone fees which are subject to your telco provider and have no association to us, we do not control telco fees, they are independent of us. The includes hours provide free support, any hour over the included threshold is billed at the current hourly rate published at the time of placing the call.
# These specific packages require a 30% deposit and the remaining balance can be paid and spread across weekly or monthly payments. You can also pay the remising balance in conjunction with the deposit.
